 "Lady with Urges" is my interpretation of Gustov Klimt's (record-selling $108M) final masterpiece, "Lady with Fan". The original, a study of Klimt's favorite subject, the female form, reflects both the influence of Japanese culture in modern art & Klimt's distinctive style. With the same approach in mind, I used my Vanity Pop style to celebrate Asian culture while highlighting the resilience of brazen women breaking the mold by defying gender stereotypes.
